                                        2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
                                        2 nectarines
                                        1 small mango
1/3 of a seedless organic cucumber
1/3 of a green bell pepper
                                        4 mini sweet red peppers
                                        3 mini sweet yellow peppers
                                        1/3 of a red onion
                                        1 garlic clove
                                        1/4 cup cilantro leaves
3 small serrano peppers (too many!!)
                                        1 tsp salt
                                        3 tbsp lime juice
                                        1/4 cup water
All solid ingredients cleaned & chopped into salsa-sized bits.
I like to serve this with Stacy's Simply Naked Pita Chips.
